Who you contract with
Orders on Vision Rebel partner shops are distance sales with FIERIGNA LTD (Vision Rebel), HE 487608, Limassol — not with the partner brand on the storefront. A contact / partner form on this marketing site creates no contract.
Acceptance
Paying an order accepts these Terms, Shipping & returns, Privacy and the checkout display (price, options, destination).
Made-to-order / personalised goods
Products are made to order for the shop branding and options you select (cut, size, colour, logo/design, packs). They are personalised goods for that order.
Prices & cancellation before dispatch
Prices are shown before payment. FIERIGNA LTD may cancel before dispatch for obvious price error, production impossibility, suspected fraud or force majeure; if paid, the price of the cancelled item is refunded — not a voluntary return right.
Payment
Card payments via Stripe. Full card numbers are not stored by FIERIGNA LTD. Confirmation only after payment acceptance.
No voluntary returns / refunds
No voluntary withdrawal, return, exchange or refund after payment.
Statutory cooling-off is excluded where the law allows for made-to-order / personalised goods. Mandatory consumer rules that cannot be excluded prevail — they do not create a convenience return policy.
Delivery timing — not a deadline
Any “2–4 weeks” (or similar) display is an estimate only: not an essential term, not a guaranteed date, not a penalty. See Shipping & returns.
Fulfilment
FIERIGNA LTD arranges fulfilment with a view to dispatching paid orders to the checkout address. No dispatch/delivery date is guaranteed. If fulfilment is impossible, FIERIGNA LTD may cancel and refund the price paid for unfulfilled items — not a general right to cancel for convenience.
Partners
Partners operate branded storefronts only. They cannot grant delivery guarantees, returns or refunds that bind FIERIGNA LTD unless FIERIGNA LTD has expressly agreed in a written document that says so.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by mandatory law: marketing content is descriptive; no liability for indirect loss; for a paid order, aggregate liability is limited to the price paid for the affected item(s), except fraud, gross negligence, death/personal injury, or non-excludable liability.
Force majeure
No responsibility for delay/failure beyond reasonable control (carriers, suppliers, strike, war, epidemic, outages, regulatory action, etc.).
Governing law
Governed by the laws of Cyprus, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your habitual residence. Consumers may sue in their residence courts where mandatory law allows; otherwise Limassol, Cyprus.
