Orders are distance sales with FIERIGNA LTD (trading as Vision Rebel), HE 487608, Limassol, Cyprus — including orders placed on partner stores. See the Terms.

Card payments via Stripe. Full card numbers are not stored by FIERIGNA LTD. Your order is confirmed only after the payment is accepted.

Prices are shown before payment. FIERIGNA LTD may cancel before dispatch for an obvious price error, production impossibility, suspected fraud or force majeure; if paid, the price of the cancelled item is refunded. This is not a voluntary return right.

Goods are made to order. Any timeframe shown on the store or at checkout is an estimate only — not a contractual deadline. No delivery date is guaranteed. See Shipping & returns.

Shipping charges, if any, are shown before payment.

Email contact@visionrebel.com with evidence (photos, order number). FIERIGNA LTD may investigate at its sole discretion. Contacting us does not by itself entitle you to a return, exchange or refund.

You are responsible for the checkout address. There is no free reship obligation for incorrect or incomplete addresses — contact us as soon as possible.

There are no voluntary returns, exchanges or goodwill refunds: after payment, the sale is final under our commercial policy. Statutory withdrawal is excluded where the law allows for made-to-order / personalised goods. Mandatory rights that cannot be excluded (for example certain non-conformity or non-supply rules) continue to apply.

Each product page lists the sizes available. Our size guide shows the size range and fit of every product family. Still unsure? Ask us.

Coming pieces can be browsed, saved to your wishlist and you can ask to be notified. They cannot be ordered yet, and no release date is promised.

Our model is designed to remove the need for large upfront inventory purchases. The exact production and commercial structure is agreed with each partner before launch.

We manage product design, production, webshop setup, payment processing, order fulfilment, shipping and customer support.

You provide the vision, brand direction and audience. Once the collection launches, your main responsibility is promoting and selling it.

Yes. Your store is built around your identity and products. Vision Rebel provides the infrastructure behind the experience without taking attention away from your brand.

Yes. We partner with creators, personalities, communities and established businesses that have an audience or customer base they want to serve through apparel.

Vision Rebel manages enquiries relating to orders, payments, delivery and fulfilment.

We use a partnership model tailored to your product range, expected sales volume and operational requirements. You will receive clear commercial terms before deciding whether to move forward.

The launch timeline depends on the size and complexity of the collection. After the initial consultation, we provide a clear production and launch plan.
