Estimates only
Goods are made to order / personalised. Any timeframe on a shop or at checkout (including “2–4 weeks”) is an estimate only — not a contractual deadline and not a penalty clause.
Dispatch
FIERIGNA LTD arranges fulfilment with a view to dispatching paid orders to the checkout address. No guarantee that a carrier delivers on a given day. Shipping charges, if any, are shown before payment.
No voluntary returns or refunds
No returns, exchanges or goodwill refunds. After payment, the sale is final under this commercial policy.
Statutory withdrawal is excluded where the law allows for made-to-order / personalised goods. Mandatory rights that cannot be excluded (e.g. certain non-conformity or non-supply rules) continue to apply; they do not create a convenience return policy.
If fulfilment is impossible
If FIERIGNA LTD cannot fulfil an order (or part), it may cancel the affected item(s) and refund the price paid. That is cancellation of supply, not a customer return right.
Parcel issues
If tracking never starts, or a parcel arrives clearly damaged/incomplete, you may email contact@visionrebel.com with evidence. FIERIGNA LTD may investigate at its sole discretion. Contacting us does not entitle you to a return, exchange or refund under this policy.
Wrong address
You are responsible for the checkout address. No free reship obligation for incorrect or incomplete addresses.
